The weekly scramble

You know this Sunday-night feeling.

“Which day do we make up piano?”

A trip next week — and you’re working it out by hand around school, the other classes, and a venue open only some afternoons.

“How many times did we go this month?”

Several classes scattered across the week — and the count lives only in your head.

“Time to redo the paper calendar.”

Another term. Highlighters and a ruler, taped to the fridge until the next change starts it over.

How it works

Mark it. Reslot finds the fit. Print it.

Mark what’s disrupted (a day or a whole trip). Reslot hands you makeup times that actually fit your week — to propose, confirm, and print. Counts and cost stay current.

Scenario compare

See Plan A/B/C side by side — move a class and check the week still works, before you commit.

Constraint-aware makeups

Suggestions respect your free time, travel buffers, no-overlap, and blackout dates. No clashes.

Single day or trip

Mark one missed class or a whole trip range; Reslot reslots the affected set.

Attendance counts

Monthly sessions vs. your goal stay current automatically — no more counting in your head.

Money at risk

Monthly fee, per-session, or class pass — see the prepaid value a missed class would burn.

Built to print

A purpose-made monthly sheet you can print or share — the fridge calendar, finally clean.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Reslot?

Reslot is an iOS app that reschedules disrupted recurring classes — kids’ academies, music and tutoring lessons, fitness and Pilates packs — around your real availability, tracks monthly attendance versus your goal, and prints a clean schedule.

How is it different from a family or shared calendar (Cozi, TimeTree)?

Those show events. Reslot re-plans them: mark a disruption and it generates makeup options that fit your constraints — your free time, other classes, travel buffers, blackout dates — then tracks the count and prints. Calendars don’t do the what-if or the count.

How is it different from tutor or studio software (TutorBird, Teachworks)?

Those are built for the business — the teacher or studio. Reslot is for the parent or learner managing multiple providers in one place.

What happens when my child misses a class?

Tap the class, pick a single day or a whole trip range, and Reslot proposes makeup times that fit your free windows and don’t clash with anything else — ready to send to the venue and confirm (or enter the time they agreed to).

Does it track how many sessions are left in a package?

Yes. Class-pass (회수권) billing tracks prepaid credits, and a missed session shows the money at risk — so you protect what you already paid for.

Is my data private?

Reslot is local-first on your device, with optional iCloud sync across your own devices. There is no third-party analytics SDK and no account to create.

What does it cost?

Free for up to 3 classes. Pro unlocks unlimited classes, full scenario comparison (Plan A/B/C), and watermark-free printing.

What languages does Reslot support?

English, Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Vietnamese.
