How Reslot holds your schedule.
This Privacy Policy explains how Reslot, operated by Codeful, collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By using Reslot you agree to this policy. Questions: support@vibeland.app.

1. What we collect
1.1 Information you create in the app
- Activities & schedule — class/lesson/activity names, colors, weekly time slots, venues, monthly targets, and travel times you enter.
- Sessions & makeups — which sessions were attended, missed, or made up, and the dates/times you confirm.
- Tuition — fees you optionally enter (monthly, per-session, or class pass) to see monthly spend and money-at-risk.
- Availability & constraints — your free-time windows and blackout dates.
- Imported events — recurring events you choose to import from Apple Calendar (you pick which ones).
1.2 Collected automatically
- Device identifiers — none. We assign no identifier to your install.
- Diagnostics — only Apple’s crash reports if you opted in via iOS Settings. No third-party crash SDK.
- Analytics — none. No analytics SDK is embedded.
1.3 What we do not collect
- No account or sign-in — there is no user profile on our servers, because there are no servers.
- No location, contacts, microphone, photos, or health data.
- No advertising SDKs and no cross-app tracking.
2. How we use it
| Purpose | Data used |
|---|---|
| Run the app on your device | Activities, sessions, constraints, tuition |
| Import recurring classes | EventKit access (you grant it) |
| Sync across your devices (optional) | Your iCloud private database |
| Show today’s classes in the widget | Today’s sessions, read from the shared App Group |
| Reply to support requests | Email and details you send |
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your data to train any AI model. Reslot calls no AI service.
3. Where your data lives
- Primary storage: an on-device SwiftData store in Reslot’s App Group container (
group.app.codeful.reslot). It never leaves your device unless iCloud sync is enabled. - iCloud (optional): with iCloud enabled, Reslot syncs the same data to your private CloudKit database (
iCloud.app.codeful.reslot). Only your iCloud account can read it; we have no server-side copy. - Widget: the Home-Screen widget reads today’s classes from the shared App Group container; it does not transmit anything.
- Imported events: stored in Reslot only. Reslot does not write back to Apple Calendar.
4. Third-party services
Reslot uses only Apple-provided system services. No third-party SDKs are bundled.
| Service | Purpose | Where data lives |
|---|---|---|
| Apple EventKit | Import recurring events you select | Apple / your device |
| Apple CloudKit (private DB) | Sync your data across your own devices | Apple (your private DB) |
| Apple UserNotifications | Local reminders | Local only |
| Apple WidgetKit | Render the Home-Screen widget | Apple system process / device |
| Apple StoreKit | Process Pro purchases | Apple infrastructure |
5. Retention
- On-device data — kept until you delete items or uninstall. Uninstalling removes the local store.
- iCloud data — kept while sync is on and Reslot is installed on a device; Apple controls the underlying iCloud retention.
- Purchase receipts — held by Apple; Reslot checks entitlement on demand and stores no receipts server-side.
6. Your rights
- Export — Settings → Export my data produces a JSON file via the share sheet.
- Delete — remove any activity/session through the app’s edit/delete; uninstall removes all local data.
- Delete iCloud copy — iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Reslot.
- Revoke Calendar access — iOS Settings → Reslot → Calendars.
EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) residents have rights to access, delete, correct, and limit sharing. Because Reslot runs no server-side account, most rights are exercised directly in the app.
7. Children
Reslot is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages, but is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU) and collects no data server-side from anyone.
8. Security
On-device data is protected by iOS data protection (encrypted at rest while locked). iCloud transfers are encrypted by Apple. Keep your device passcode strong and your Apple ID secured with two-factor authentication.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves; material changes are posted here at least 30 days before taking effect.
