The terms under which Reslot is offered.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Reslot you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Reslot on behalf of a household, you accept on their behalf.

2. The service

Reslot is an iOS app that helps you reschedule disrupted recurring classes, track attendance, and print schedules. Reslot generates makeup suggestions from the availability and constraints you enter; it does not book, contact venues, or guarantee a venue will accept a proposed time. You are responsible for confirming arrangements with each provider.

3. Your data, your device

Your schedule data is stored on your device and, optionally, in your own iCloud account. We do not operate a server that stores your content. Keep your own backups via Settings → Export my data. We are not liable for data loss from device failure, uninstalling, or iCloud issues outside our control.

4. In-app purchases

• Reslot is free for up to 3 classes. Reslot Pro unlocks unlimited classes, full scenario comparison, and watermark-free printing.
• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple; billing, renewals, and refunds follow Apple’s terms and your App Store account settings.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don’t use it to violate any law. Reslot is a personal scheduling tool, not professional advice.

6. Your content

Your schedule data is yours. We claim no ownership and do not access it (there is no server). You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

7. Intellectual property

Reslot, its name, design, and software are owned by Codeful and protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using Reslot anytime by uninstalling. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated. On termination, the license ends; your on-device data remains yours.

9. Disclaimer

Reslot is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that suggestions will suit every situation or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeful is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or missed classes, arising from your use of Reslot. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the prior 12 months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves; material changes are posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
